Activity I – Kick-Off Meeting in Poland

The Erasmus+ Capacity Building of Youth project “TED3 – Tools for Employment &
Environmental Education Development” started with its first activity in early 2019.
The project has a co-funded scheme granted by The European Union.
From 3rd to 10th March 2019, Europejska Fundacja Rozwoju Człowieka has been
hosting the Kick-Off Meeting in Łódź, Poland. The 17 Representatives from Poland,
Italy, Spain, Estonia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil and French Guyana could meet to settle the
final details of the 24 months to come.

During the 6 days of working time, the Legal Representatives and Project Managers have
reviewed and elaborated the timeline of the upcoming activities, proposing potential
solutions to the project development and foreseeing their tasks and duties.
The one-week together allowed the TED3 family to create a genuine and trustworthy
atmosphere, the necessary cohesion and clarity of the roles for our cooperation and
the work in our countries of origin.
While in the green scenario of Łódź, we could also appreciate the beginning of a new,
sustainable future.
