3rd Job Shadowing

In August 2019 the 3rd Job Shadowing took place in Novo Hamburgo (Brazil): two
volunteers from EuroDemos Youth Mobility NGO (Italy) and Tabalá (Spain) observed
the work from the host organization and directly collaborated within their
programs with their cultural inputs and experiences.
During the Job Shadowing, they could meet local partners such as an
Environmental Education Centre, located in the countryside of Novo Hamburgo
City, where educational projects are run for kids from the city & community.
Amongst the other partners were: an English and Cultural School sponsored by
the American Embassy, where kids from poor families are given the chance to
learn and practice English for free. There, the Job Shadowers could present their
culture and countries to the kids, who were happy to meet someone from another
country and enhance their language skills.
The English Immersion is the main program from the host organization oriented
on green: they were culture-related and environmentally focused. The Job
Shadowers were able to talk to the staff, getter ideas and inspirations and
mutually provide perspectives to the Team.
