6th Job Shadowing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In October 2019 the 6th (and last) Job Shadowing took place in Tartu (Estonia) with two
\nvolunteers from Centro Urbes (Peru) and THE FOOLS (Brazil) who experienced the
\nsustainable projects, activities and local\/regional partners of TNTK.<\/p>\n

The working agenda gave them the great opportunity to analyze, visit and experience
\nthe field work of TNTK and colleagues, and to explore the life of the country with their
\nmultiple initiatives, projects and activities they host and collaborate with.<\/p>\n

The Job Shadowers could meet youth workers at Anne Youth Center, a center focused on
\nyouth employability. The same logic as Lille Youth Centre applies to Anne Youth Centre: it is
\nan open space where youngsters can attend, and they also have planned activities such a
\nworkshops, classes, and educational activities. Elistvere Animal Park was also a great
\nopportunity to see how youngsters can enter in touch with nature and learn about flora and
\nfauna thanks to holistic approaches.<\/p>\n

The visit at the University of Tartu has been interesting as shadowers could also visit the
\nBotanical garden where activities for teens were running and gave a great input to understand
\nthe educational background of the country in the sustainability and green sector.<\/p>\n

Meeting with Teeme \u00c4ra talgup\u00e4ev team was such an experience, too! The Let\u2019s Do It!
\n(Estonian: Teeme \u00e4ra) is indeed a civil society movement which was born in 2008, when 50,000
\npeople from Estonia cleaned up the entire country\u2019s rubbish in only five hours. The initiative
\nreceived international attention and word quickly to Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Italy, and Slovenia,
\namong other countries.
\nOn the last day, everyone had the special chance to take part of Ilmatsalu Youth Center School
\nbrake program with young people and see first-hand how educational activities are
\ndeveloped and even experimented with them: meeting with youngsters and discussing the topic of green
\nand sustainability with them, and apply youth work activities with the TNTK colleagues who have
\nbeen a long-lasting memory.<\/p>\n

The girls closed the Job Shadowing with a great fan of learning points to make treasure
\nof and bring to Peru and Brazil and we are sure that their experience with the Estonian
\ncolleagues has been inspiring and unforgettable.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe activity helped demonstrate that through interactive games and various
\nworkshops it is possible to put young people in touch with nature, so that they learn by
