3rd Job Shadowing<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

In August 2019 the 3rd Job Shadowing took place in Novo Hamburgo (Brazil): two
\nvolunteers from EuroDemos Youth Mobility NGO (Italy) and Tabal\u00e1 (Spain) observed
\nthe work from the host organization and directly collaborated within their
\nprograms with their cultural inputs and experiences.
\nDuring the Job Shadowing, they could meet local partners such as an
\nEnvironmental Education Centre, located in the countryside of Novo Hamburgo
\nCity, where educational projects are run for kids from the city & community.
\nAmongst the other partners were: an English and Cultural School sponsored by
\nthe American Embassy, where kids from poor families are given the chance to
\nlearn and practice English for free. There, the Job Shadowers could present their
\nculture and countries to the kids, who were happy to meet someone from another
\ncountry and enhance their language skills.
\nThe English Immersion is the main program from the host organization oriented
\non green: they were culture-related and environmentally focused. The Job
\nShadowers were able to talk to the staff, getter ideas and inspirations and
\nmutually provide perspectives to the Team.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a very beautiful experience, where we could observe the great atmosphere that
\nexisted and the great solidarity between all the members of the group helping each
\nother, and keeping for the safety not only of oneself but for that of others\u201d \u2013 Elisa, Italy<\/p>\n
